New ways to improve and enrich education are forever presenting themselves. Consider for instance “serious games” and their possible applications in education, the development of MOOCS, classroom experiments with iPads and Google Glass, tools to increase interaction in education, and the adoption social media applications as discussion platforms for teachers and students. The Innovation Projects subproject aims to facilitate grasssroots projects that explore innovative ideas and experiments about using IT in education.

We accept proposals for:
1) projects around an innovative idea or a new IT tool, or
2) try-outs of new methodologies or IT tools that are already available (within Utrecht University)
